Beginner Hooping (Part 2)

Get a great workout in while learning a fun new way to exercise. Hula hooping provides a productive aerobic activity to help shed winter weight. This lesson will focus on basic waist hula hooping and strengthening coordination. All skill levels welcome. Limited hoops will be available to borrow. Hooping takes place at the Seneca Creek State Park office.
